Dana White Lands $1 Million Baccarat Win at Park MGM

Dana White wins 1M dollars on single baccarat bet

The vast majority of online baccarat players will never come close to betting $1 million on a single hand. However, UFC CEO Dana White has become well known for betting hundreds of thousands of dollars at the baccarat tables.

Nonetheless, even by White’s usual standards, one of his most recent visits to Park MGM in Las Vegas took things further. Social media personality SteveWillDoIt joined White for a baccarat session and was allowed to place a $1 million bet on a single hand. Impressively, it paid off and left him $1 million richer. The session was recorded by SteveWillDoIt, and UFC fighter Tommy McMillen was also present.

Park MGM Agrees to $1 Million Baccarat Bets

Before they started playing, Park MGM apparently placed one unusual condition on White and SteveWillDoIt. Both could bet up to $1 million, but they were not allowed to simultaneously back the same side of a baccarat hand. White explained the arrangement: “Here’s the deal: you can both bet $1 million, but you can’t bet the same hand.”

As a result, if one backed Player and the other backed Banker, they could not both win from the same result. Understandably, White was not particularly happy with the restriction and pointed out that it was the casino’s way of limiting how much exposure it faced when the pair played together.

The session initially went badly for SteveWillDoIt, who lost $1 million. White then stepped in with his own $1 million bet and won. Unsurprisingly, he was rather pleased with the result. The video shows him celebrating the win and making a gesture towards one of the casino’s security cameras. SteveWillDoIt continued playing and managed to recover his earlier loss, at which point White encouraged him to stop rather than risk giving the money back to the casino.

Baccarat Has Become White’s Game of Choice

Anyone who has followed Dana White outside the UFC will know that this was certainly not his first experience of high-stakes casino gambling.

For many years, blackjack was his preferred game, but more recently he has switched much of his attention to baccarat. Earlier in 2026, White said that he gambles several nights a week in Las Vegas and described baccarat as his main game. His normal bets are already well beyond anything most casino players would consider. White has spoken about betting around $400,000 on individual hands and trying to win quickly rather than spending hours at the table.

A televised visit to Bellagio in 2025 showed just how quickly the figures can move when betting large amounts. White was down around $1.2 million after only a few hands of baccarat, before turning the session around and eventually cashing out approximately $700,000 ahead. He also complained at the time that the casino would not let him bet $1 million on a hand. So, the fact that Park MGM agreed to a seven-figure limit is important, even if it came with restrictions.

There have been several other large wins over the years. In 2025, White was filmed playing baccarat at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, where he was reportedly placing $300,000 bets before finishing around $1.2 million ahead.

Who Are SteveWillDoIt and Tommy McMillen?

White is by far the best-known of the three people involved. He led the UFC for more than two decades, and he is now its President and CEO. However, SteveWillDoIt also has a large online following and has become particularly well known for videos involving expensive giveaways, challenges, and high-stakes gambling.

His real name is Stephen Deleonardis, and he has been associated with the Nelk Boys group for a number of years. He is also known as an enthusiastic gambler. In 2023, Deleonardis and former NFL player Taylor Lewan reportedly turned $10,000 into $500,000 at Red Rock Casino before giving the chips to White. Deleonardis had previously given him a customized Maybach van.

Of the people in the video, Tommy McMillen is the least well-known, at least outside of MMA. He is one of the UFC’s newer fighters, and the Montana-born featherweight earned his UFC contract through Dana White’s Contender Series in 2025. He then made his UFC debut in April 2026. He has since extended his professional record to 12-0, including a unanimous decision victory over Marwan Rahiki at Noche UFC in September.

While the recently published video was mainly about White and SteveWillDoIt betting on baccarat, McMillen’s presence was not completely random. He is part of the same UFC circle and is currently working to establish himself as one of the promotion’s leading fighters. However, with his winning $1 million bet, White was undeniably the winner of this clash.
